Trent Reznor is in talks to score and appear in a major new vampire movie. The Nine Inch Nails frontman last week won an Oscar for his work scoring The Social Network, and now, according to Entertainment Weekly, Reznor is in advanced talks with 20th Century Fox about starring in the forthcoming Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter movie.
The movie is based on Seth Grahame-Smith's mash-up novel from last year which casts the former US President as a vampire slayer.
However, it is believed that Reznor's involvement will go beyond providing the music. He is apparently in talks to play Jack Barts, the vampire who kills Lincoln's mother and sets him on his path of vengeance.
